These Terms & Conditions TK3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and its members. By opening an account with TK3, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all of these terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

Cashout Policy: The TK3 cashout feature is available on selected matches. Cashout values fluctuate based on market conditions. During periods of high traffic, cashout may be temporarily unavailable.

The following activities TK3is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination upon detection:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating as a coordinated group for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using TK3 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to access or use another member's account.
• Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Tk3 reserves the right to terminate accounts, forfeit deposited funds, and notify relevant authorities if a member is found engaging in any of these prohibited activities.

TK3 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Betting or gaming interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from faults or issues with the member's own device.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).
• Losses resulting from a member's accidental disclosure of account credentials.
